Pool Rangers is a smaller, more exclusive, family owned and operated company; and we’d like to keep it that way. Our business model is based on fewer clientele so we can focus more on the quality of our work. In other words, we prefer quality over quantity. Unlike larger companies, we can oversee all of our employees and personally handle any problems that may occur. In addition, we aim to only hire long-term employees because we know how important it is for our customers to have the same technician at their pool every week. We also NEVER skip pools. Pool Rangers, Inc. was founded by Gary Nalepa from Louisville, KY. Gary moved down to Miami Beach, FL., at age 18 with a suitcase full of his clothes and twenty dollars in his pocket.
